Give a Gift to the
American Civil War Center |
Thanks to generous financial support of $13.6 million from individuals, corporations and foundations, in October 2006 the Center will offer the exhibit, In
the Cause of Liberty. This provides a trailblazing and long overdue approach to the Civil War. The Center will also be an educational resource for school children and adults. |
 |
The Annual Fund |
Support the Operations of the Museum |
The Annual Fund is essential to sustain the educational mission of the exhibit. At least 60,000 visitors are expected each year, many of whom will be school children from Richmond and the surrounding area. |
|
Support Educational Programming |
Programs for school children K-12 will be offered free of charge. The Tredegar Institute for Civil War Studies will provide intellectually challenging conferences and symposia for inquiring adults. |
 |
Leadership Giving |
Leadership Giving Societies honor those who, year after year, help the Center “to tell the whole story of the conflict that still shapes our nation.” Through your commitment and generosity, you will lead by example. Gifts do not include membership benefits. All gifts are tax deductible within the limit of the law. |
